My latest addition of spices to my diet is rosemary. I love it on meats and chicken.
It is thought to: boost immune system, improve blood circulation, is an anti inflammatory hel, lower blood sugar, and help with brain (memory) and eye health.
Because I am salt sensitive, I am always looking for new spices to add flavor to my food and reduce salt intake.
As always, never take spice supplements without checking with your doctor first. These are in high concentrations and far more than adding a little to your cooking. These supplements may interact with your meds and cause side effects.
