With all the pressure to stay home, I've actually been doing just that and pretty much enjoying the process. I've developed pretty good habits that keep me eating properly and staying active while seldom straying far from home. The best part is that I've been enjoying it for the most part. I spend my time watching TV, reading, playing with electronics, and taking pictures. In other words, all the things I didn't have the time to enjoy before I retired. Even when I did back then I felt guilty because I should have been doing something more important. Not anymore. I've given up guilt. I guess I'll get bored or tired of it eventually, but until then it suits me just fine. The best part is that most of my TV time is spent on an exercise machine and I have the time to scrape together healthy meals that used to be much lower quality due to my lack of time. Yes, we've had social unrest and scary disease to contend with, but I've avoided all that so far and the weather has been great for doing nothing. I've taken full advantage of it by doing just that... nothing.
