Smart Goals for BLC 44

Here are my SMART goals for this round of the BLC:
I am back in my maintenance range of 127-140 pounds. My goal is to stay within this range, if not go a bit lower in it by the end of BLC44. Measurement will occur each Wednesday during weigh in of BLC44. I will do this by sticking to the goals I set of at least 20 minutes of fitness a day, stay in my calorie range at least 5 times a week, and drinking 48-64 oz of water a day.
I am tracking all of this on Sparks and will refer to this blog to keep me accountable as well as my Ninja and Spark friends.
