BLC44 SMART GOAL

To lose 10 pounds by Nov 12

I will reach my goal by:

NUTRITION PLAN
- staying under 2000 calories 6 days a week
- track every bite 6 days a week
- eating Whole Foods 6 days a week

My Exercise Plan
-at least 45 minutes of cardio 4 days a week
-ST 2 days a week
-Core ST for 5 mins 5 days a week

Mental health
10 mins of meditation/ stretching everyday

Track compleassion of the above
