Mini Update - Aug 27 2020

Yesterday, I tracked all my food. That's 3 days in a row of every bite.
Just finished today's walk before lunch! Tomorrow is a rest day but I'm going to the beach with a friend and we always walk a lot.
Not drinking nearly enough water. Whomp Whomp. That's really not great though with all the running I do in the summer heat! I think it might be part of my problem with lack of run progress. I am working on it though!
Happy hour tonight, socially distance of course. Beach tomorrow. Hopefully a lazy weekend (although busy body Rob probably has a different view of things!).
