Good afternoon!

emoticon Yesterday, I tracked all my food. That's 3 days in a row of every bite.

emoticon Just finished today's walk before lunch! Tomorrow is a rest day but I'm going to the beach with a friend and we always walk a lot.

emoticon Not drinking nearly enough water. Whomp Whomp. That's really not great though with all the running I do in the summer heat! I think it might be part of my problem with lack of run progress. I am working on it though!

Happy hour tonight, socially distance of course. Beach tomorrow. Hopefully a lazy weekend (although busy body Rob probably has a different view of things!).

    sounds great! I just got back from a 3 night camping trip Sun-Wed.. so I'm looking forward to a weekend at home puttering around. house projects etc.
    I didn't get out for a run this morning. I need to hydrate more too and do it tomorrow!!

    Water really does make a difference! As for the weekend, sadly it looks like I may be working a lot. But this will be my last weekend work for a long time, yay!
