A memory from 2017

A good quote for Sept 1 since I did not meet all my Aug goals of 10,000 steps a day.
the emoticon was i at least hit 8,000 steps a day.
My tracking of meals did not go as I planned have yet do it every day on the spark tracker I have written down in my journal some months the think but this way I don’t have a calorie count .so give up. Tacking my meals is something I have struggled with since I joined Spark People in 2012. I have never given up I try each month to do it . I going master it I not going to give up on this tasks emoticon
I need to remember what a Watcher Leader to my group we did not get over weight not tracking condiments and if the bread we eat had 100 calories or 110 . its something I need to remember as Start a new month and challenging my self to track meals.

Even though the gyms are open I have not gone don't feel safe I have no plans to go soon I have DVD’S Spark has a huge selection of work outs for me to choose from and have really enjoyed doing the walking off the pounds DVD and one person on the DVD had walked off a 106 pound she inspires me. they showed before and after pictures.
walking is my favorite getting out walking each day walking with Racey. This month I add getting out for a second walk each day this month.

As you see I am a emoticon on the trail but i have never given up the scales had gone up and down but i never gave up and now I am 10 pounds from the goal the doctor set at 130 !

    Fran you are doing so good! When my nose heals up I plan to exercise again. I use Youtube exercise videos. Hasfit is my favorite one. I really must get back to it. I am gaining weight. I know though that I can lose it when I try. Your blog is so inspirational and Racey is just so cute! Great pics.

    You have a great goal for September, and I am so proud of you for tracking your nutrition when you can. Tracking some meals is better than not tracking at all. Soon, logging becomes habit and becomes easier over time. Especially using the favorites and recents features on Spark’s logging page. Tracking gives us a good idea of what we’re eating for those meals we don’t track. I can guess calories or macros sometimes, just because I’ve tracked so often and for so long.

    I am with YOU on not returning to the gym. There are so many other ways to get our fitness in at home and outdoors. Safely. Your 8,000 steps a day is nothing to sneeze at. You are moving and staying active!
