August/ Sept Goals for A & I

August was not a good month. Didn't have many goals outside of drinking my water.

I did a blog for my Sept. goals on Sept 1st called spelling out my Sept Goals. Here is my original blog, but I felt the need to challenge myself more so I have added to my list of goals.

S -Sensible shining with a smile everyday
E- Empower & Enjoying Life
P- Practice Patience
T- Thankfully Thriving
E- Energetic Enthusiasm
M- Mindfulness
B- Balance
E-Encourage Others
R- Relax & Rest

I have added:
Being Active daily on SP
Drink 10 glasses of water daily
Start out slowly and build up my exercise time daily.
Get up and go to bed at a decent hour.
