I'm back!!

In a perfect world, i would blog everyday. Either to give you insights to my crazy life, or just to share my daily life. Since I am trying something new. I am doing this on my phone. Crazy huh! So please bear 🐻 with me. Since the last time I blogged, not only had I deal with this crazy pandemic but I had to deal with the public. With me a first responder it's even twice as hard cause you have to be twice as careful. So now, I am back, a little bit heavier. But coping! I have been trying the intermittent fasting routine for about a month now I am doing the 16:8, which means from 8pm to 12pm I don't eat anything and then from 12 noon to 8pm I can eat sensibly and I have lost almost 8pounds 👍😁. So I am going to continue with that. I also joined the GCC ( Great Cycle Challenge) which raises funds for childhood cancer research and support. I have a goal to ride 300 miles in September so far I have done 41 miles. Getting there! Well that is it for now, don't want to overwhelmed anyone reading. I will try a little more tomorrow. Be safe, wear your mask!

    WooHoo! You are back. Thank you for serving your community in these times! I do the intermittent fasting-it seems quite easy and easier on my digestion. I have tried using my phone, I'm bad enuf with a computer but the phone app, not up to it. Take care out on the bike and have a good time!

    and of course, out and about, I'm wearing that mask!

    The 16:8 sounds like an interesting plan, I may just give it a try. Congrats on your weight loss!
    And thank you for putting yourself on the line and taking the extra risks as an first responder to help keep the rest of us safe and sound! I appreciate the good you do through your work and charitable contributions.

    I use SparkPeople almost exclusively on my phone! It works well enough for blogging/logging but sucks that you can't see your teams on the app.
