Thoughts of 9/11/2020

I started on Spark on this day in 2011. I weighed 210 lb. When I got on the scale today it was 156 lb. Have lost over 50 pounds but have a bit to go to reach my goal of 135 lb. I know what I have to do I just have to make it a priority. I know I have to exercise and some days I give it my all and do 120 minutes on the peddler. But some days I just want to walk to Starbucks and just do 30 minutes. I know what I have to do I just need to make it my priority. I know what is good healthy food and what is junk food. Most of the time I eat three meals that are healthy of fruits, veggies, lean meat, whole wheat bread and skim milk. But some days my meal might just be some junk food. I know what to do I just have to make it a priority. I know how to not eat for emotion and how to comfort myself with things that are not food. I love to paint and need to do that more than going to the convenience store for chips and a candy bar. I know what to do I just have to make it a priority. Most of the time I am on track and need to make it more time that I am than I am not. I know what to do I just have to make it a priority.
