Im back on my welbutrin for now hoping it can help me feel better. I notice i felt way better when i was drinking my green matcha tea every day. I want to get some more on payday.
I've been doing Walk Away The Pounds every day this week 2 to 3 miles a day. Im started to track my food starting today to see if i have better results.
I've plateaued now at 243 down from 299. Thats still really good even though its slow. I almost went back to wearing my baggy jeans at work because now they just keep staring at my lower body and belly without saying anything at work I mean. But i don't understand it because there's a girl at work wider than me and is ALWAYS eating eating eating and no one stares at HER like a freak im trying really hard and yeah sure i slip up on occasion i get right BACK on track and if i mention my weight loss they just shift thier eyes away and don't comment.
People are STUPID.
