SMART Goal Update

Thought I'd better check in with my goals and see how things are going.
Goal 1: Bench press 10kg.
Progress: Honestly, I didn't lift any weights last week. But I did do some bouldering, which is pretty good strength training for me. I think I'd like to try some outdoor workouts, too.
Goal 2: Walk 5x/wk
I've been getting a lot of evening walks in. I'd like to get a few more this week. On days where I get a lot of biking in, I haven't been walking. But walking is so good for my brain. Yesterday I got in a short walk after work and a long one later in the evening. I think this goal is going pretty well.
Goal 3: Become an excellent sleeper
This is going well! Weekends are tougher, but I'm doing pretty well at turning off my devices during the week. Last night I slept 8.5 hours, which was a lot more than I planned. I just feel great when I wake up after restful sleep.
Goal 4: Eat for nutrition, not reward.
This is also going surprisingly well. I've been working on self care during the day, which is helping me end the day less exhausted and ready for junk food. And I have a lot of healthy food at home at the moment. But I have to keep healthy food stocked.
I'm enjoying working on my goals!
