Pulling Things Together

I'm working to pull things together tonight. I don't want to go any longer on the path I'm headed down and I know I will feel SO MUCH better if I get back on track right away with my health goals. I managed to get back on track with my writing goals today and wrote a new fantasy story with science fiction elements that I was super proud of. I think it's the best story I've ever writ

ten. So things are squared away in that respect. I even picked out the magazine I want to send it to (but will do that on Monday when they open for submissions). So tonight instead of spending my time doing MORE work, I am going to focus on the other important thing in my life: my health. That's something I really don't want to neglect, and I really want to do it right this time. So I'm going to plan out my night and see what I can get accomplished while I still have the motivation.

I'm going to work on planning out my meals for tomorrow and track everything. I haven't been tracking for the past few days and as a result my eating has left something to be desired. So it's back on track with nutrition. I will also work on Sparkcoach and my other challenges and just get all caught up with Sparking and with all of my goals.

I'm also going to work on some visualizations and hypnosis tonight. I don't want to put that off any longer. I think it will be good for me and be a good stress reliever. It will put me back in the mindset I want to be in and give me a fresh perspective.

I am also planning on exercising tonight. I feel really excited about this and want to get back on track physically. My internet is not running super great right now but we should have free internet later tonight so when it starts running smoother I am going to do a video and get moving towards my fitness goals (another reason I work out at midnight).

I'm going to try to get in some water tonight, too, if possible. I may not be able to get to everything tonight, but I'm going to try to get most things back on track. I feel motivated and inspired right now and I'm going to build on that.
