Day 6: Renewed Energy

I'm feeling ready to take things on again. I had a hard few days but after getting some rest I'm ready to get back at it again. My internet was down so all I could do last night was work on stories (not necessarily a BAD thing), but I'm going to dedicate the morning to my health. I'm going to catch up on all the things that got pushed to the wayside earlier this week.

Nutrition: I've already tracked my food for today so I'm prepared in that respect. I'm going to start doing my best to stay on track and within calorie range. Even if I don't have a huge amount of energy I'm still going to do my best to cook meals and stick to my plans and keep tracking. I don't want to get behind on this because I want to be able to actually evaluate my nutrition again. I haven't been able to do that for a while and I feel like I'm missing out. So I'm going to start keeping an eye on my macros, etc., again and trying to actually improve my nutrition.

Fitness: I plan on doing some chair yoga this morning. I will track it the best I can without a Fitbit. I plan on getting a new charger and some new straps in October, so it won't be much longer now. I am pretty excited about getting back into exercising and I think yoga is a good place to start.

Meditation: I will be starting out with some hypnosis this morning. It has really helped me out so far and I want to go further with it.

Beverages: Starting my morning out with a little coffee, but will be drinking water with my pills. Making an effort to try to cut back on caffeine and drink more water again.

Cigars: Doing pretty good on cigars.

Motivation: Motivation is high right now. I am getting back in the swing of things and feeling good. Stress isn't too high and I'm enthusiastic about being healthy and taking steps in the right direction.

Non-Scale Victory: My non-scale victory right now is putting my health first today.

Self-Esteem: Self-esteem is high. I'm liking myself these days and feeling confident.

Writing: Finished writing my fantasy/scifi hybrid story yesterday and did a synopsis for my literary fiction story. Also started an outline for a fantasy novel. And I got about four or five pages of my mystery story written. So I was pretty busy writing yesterday!!

I plan on really hitting it as far as health and fitness go today. I may post again with some updates if I have some more to say, so look for that.
