Day 7: Busy As Usual

I'm busy as usual. I was pretty tired for most of the evening last night, but started to perk up as I got in the groove of working. Fritzy was tired, too, so all he wanted to do was watch videos and didn't want to do anything with me like make a new video for my website or make a grocery list or do tai chi. I tried to get him involved in SOMETHING, but he really didn't want to. He even went to bed early. That first day back from school usually wipes him out. So, I just decided to work. And I got a ton of work done, so that's a positive. Unfortunately, I'm super behind with all my health stuff again. I'll be starting from scratch again this morning.
Nutrition: I need to plan my meals for today and tomorrow and get them tracked. I also need to make a grocery list for the things we're going to be needing. We are going to shop ASAP as soon as the car gets back from the shop. I'm doing my best to eat as healthfully as possible as often as I can, though, even when I don't feel like cooking and just want to grab something quick.
Fitness: Like I said, tai chi didn't work out last night. I really didn't think it would. I have low impact exercises to do today. I'm going to do my best to find the energy to do them this morning. I think it will probably happen as I know how much I enjoyed working out the other night and will want to feel that feeling again--plus reward myself with Powerade and a cigar.
Meditation: It was too loud and distracting last night to get any meditation in and I'm not sure what it will be like today. Fritzy has a big huge tv in here now and spends most of his time in here watching it, so it's more difficult to get time to meditate on the weekends. I will try, though.
Beverages: Drinking coffee right now. Have been drinking coffee pretty much for the last 8 hours or so. On chilly nights, coffee always seems nice, especially my flavoured coffee. So I need to switch it up and have some water, especially with my morning pills.
Cigars: Doing really good on cigars. Made a single pack last a lot longer than I normally do even though I was doing a lot of writing and I took a trip to Marshfield and back so I'm pretty impressed with myself. When I used to smoke cigarettes I'd smoke half a pack just on that drive.
Motivation: Motivation is pretty high right now despite being tired. I've accomplished a lot in the last few hours and ready to get a few things done with fitness, nutrition, and also get a bit more done with writing, too.
Non-Scale Victory: My non-scale victory right now is still eating mostly healthy food even though my tracking went to the wayside yesterday. My lifestyle habits are just better than they used to be.
Self-Esteem: Self-esteem is pretty good. I get a bit down on myself sometimes when I'm not getting any responses from editors/agents, but then I write a new story and feel better about myself.
Writing: Have been staying busy writing. Wrote an entire outline for a flash fiction story and also completed the entire story and submitted it last night, so that was a big accomplishment. Have also written about 4 pages on my new mystery story. I plan on finishing my outline for my litfic story and I'm going to finish writing my mystery. I may also come up with a brand new story, but I do want to start working on novels again.
I've got quite a bit to catch up on with health stuff, so I'll be doing that, as well. Much to accomplish, not a whole lot of time.
