Went out after the visiting nurse and finished most of what I needed to do. The wound edge cream I need to get more of was out of stock. The clerk thinks it will be on stock by Monday. I may just check on line. I did get stuck at my Kaiser clinic. I park in the handicap section. The patient that parked on my driver's side was within the painted lines. But they were just off that line and so close I couldn't open my doors fully. So not only couldn't I put me in the car, I couldn't put my walker away. It was a nice enough day, so I just figured I'd wait. A Navy vet parked on the other side of me and we started talking. When he finished his business and came back to his car, he was unhappy I was still there. So he got a helper from the clinic who moved my car enough so I could get in and drive away. Like I said, I had nowhere I needed to go and all day to get there. I will take care with my parking in the future.

Your attitude is commendable. Sometimes those things drive me crazy. What a wonderful kindness was given to you. I am glad it all went well and you saw the kindness of others. Wishing you a great weekend. Today I have to control my eating. Overate yesterday and am paying for it today.

I'm glad being blocked in wasn't stressful for you, but bless that Navy vet who went and found help! Taking a moment to make sure we've left adequate room on either side of our parking job may take a few moments, but it's good to remember the people in those other cars need to find a way back INTO them!
