Taking Some Time For Health

I'm taking some time to catch up with my health & fitness endeavours. I feel I owe that to myself. I also have just hit a point where I'm not really feeling things line up with my writing endeavours, and I need a break. I have to take a step back and focus on what is important right now. What clicks with me. So I am putting my efforts back into my health. I did a workout this afternoon and started getting back on track again. I am going to track all my food for tomorrow and start cooking and planning food again and find myself on the right road to success. I lost some weight this past week. It was a good start, and I want to continue in the right direction. So it's going to take a strong commitment and a lot of effort to keep moving forward the way I want to.

My plans for nutrition are to get back to planning and tracking again. I am going to go grocery shopping tomorrow and get some healthy food to get me back on the right track.

My plans for fitness are to continue to work out. I'm going to try to get back to working out 5-6 times per week and increasing my time working out.

I'm also going to try to start drinking and tracking more water.

I will try to cut back on cigars as well. I may start counting/rationing them again.

I am going to set a goal to meditate/do hypnosis once per day as well.

I am going to make out a sleep schedule and a pill schedule and meal schedule so that I can stay on track with everything I need to be doing.

I won't be focusing as much on writing for a while, but there is a new fantasy magazine that just came out that I do want to submit a story to, so I may work on that a bit.
