Day 12: All the Things

I'm back to being wrapped up in *everything*!! I am motivated to tackle all the things again and passionate about both health and writing. Although, as I said before, right now I'm putting my health first. I am planning on going shopping today and ordering my Fitbit chargers and wristbands and getting back on track with my goals.

Nutrition: I've gotten back to tracking, but nutrition has been a little off. I've been over my calories and not eating the best food. Going to have fast food today, as well. But trying to get back on track the best I can.

Fitness: I did 30 minutes of chair exercises this morning. That went really well. I hadn't realized just how much I needed it.

Meditation: Did a short meditation after my exercises as well. That was pretty beneficial. Going to go further with meditation and get deeper into it later today.

Beverages: Have been drinking some ice water and even started tracking it. So getting a good start there.

Cigars: Even managing to cut back on cigars as I bought regular cigars instead of menthol ones.

Motivation: Motivation is very good right now. I want to come up with some new plans for nutrition and exercise and some new goals to work towards now that I am ready to really commit to this new journey.

Non-Scale Victory: My non-scale victory right now is getting some real exercise done. It had been a while and felt really good.

Self-Esteem: Self-esteem is good. Still something to work on, but I'm improving.

Writing: No no news here.

A lot to catch up on right now so I'll be busy.
