I weigh about 154 pounds today.
The stupid scale wouldn't sync.
I despise being so dependent on technology.
I have enjoyed the last few months (maybe more) of being able to step on the scale, and it syncs to a historical record as well as uploading to my spark ticker.
I'm as angry as I was in my twenties, when I got rid of the scale altogether, and evaluated weight by clothing fit. Turns out after I "lost weight" that time, I hadn't - I was still 144 pounds, but because I worked out, I had slimmed down a clothing size.
Tantrum, tantrum, tantrum.
Oh well, oh well, oh well.
Emotions can change fast!
Mostly I'm mad that I lost my exercise time this morning to fruitless technology troubleshooting.
About that technology dependence - it's behind the scenes, too. I discovered that a couple of years ago when I went to do in person banking. At least then, they were courteous about allowing me to think I didn't bank on line, even as one gentleman interacted with me while another operated a computer as discreetly as possible on an adjoining desk to get my business done.
Well, here we are!
Thanks for letting me spout off and get that out of my system before I go be pleasantly public at the workplace.
Win your Wednesday! I know I will - exercise plan B: walk after work.
