What am I grateful for today?

1. Hot coffee by myself in the morning
2. The new colours that are blanketing the outside, I love fall
3. That 2020 is teaching us what is important

***My goal to be in better physical shape is easy to understand why, I want to be able to really enjoy my trip and not have to stop an activity or not do something because I can’t walk any more. As for my second goal to lose another 40 pounds I know that I will physically feel better.
