Electricity problem not fixed yet. 10 days later! But I am safe now anyway.

Yes a long story of many, many phone calls. And lots of frustration.
A electrical company repairman came and shut down 2 breakers in the fuse box.
After that, I emailed a nasty letter to a few people. It got results.
Possibly an electrician will fix this soon. I blamed them for not working with my home warrenty company. They denied that. But, well, they would not assign a repair man to me. Huh? Two phone calls to them to ask for a repairman.
10 days of frustration and feeling unsafe. chris
