Week one, day 3, 9/23/20

Well day three started out on track but by evening I was at it again, snacking. I know what I did wrong I did not keep my planned meals and so I was off track right from the start of the day. I ate my breakfast before going off shopping but when our caregiver who was driving me asked if I wanted McD I said yes. It was not lunch time and I was not hungry it was only 10:30. I was just going with it to not upset our caregiver. I knew she was hungry. So I ate and called it lunch. By 2:00 I was starving so had another lunch. Dinner I passed on and than started snacking. I know what to do next time say I could use a drink and get something healthy like orange juice. I need to make healthier choices. I need to keep my meals as planned and not go off course if I can.
