Week two, day one 9/27/2020

I did really good on the diet last week having only one day I blew it. The track is rough on my diet plan but I got right back on track, the NoSDiet is doable I have a walk planned for this morning ending with getting take out for breakfast, Subway. I love subs and they make very good ones. They have a different sub on sale each day. I don't go every day but could on the diet. NoSdiet let's you choice what you want to eat on one plate for three meals but no seconds, snacks or sweets except on days that start with S and that includes Special days like birthdays and holidays. Today is an S day so going to 7-eleven to get a couple candy bars. I did the same thing yesterday. I did not binge out yesterday just because it was an S day. I had only one snack a handful mixed nuts between lunch and dinner. Because of that I was not hungry for dinner. I don't think I will do that again. I can do without snacks. Because it was an S day I could have seconds but I find that one plate of food on an 8" plate is enough food for me. On S days I can have all the sweets I want but find that two candy bars is enough for me. I love chocolate and find a bit of that is enough sweet for me. I don't care for plain dark chocolate. I did fine this week and look forward to another good week.
