During my holiday, I decided to keep a 'creative journal' - basically I did some kind of 'art' every day, and wrote on the back about what I'd done that day.
My friend had left a bottle of good rose in the fridge, so my first evening was a glass of wine and staring at the view
This was a collage of the vase of greenery and wild flowers left on the table
This was my attempt to draw the intricate iron work on this bench down at the harbour
This was a leaf-rubbing to reflect the changing colours of the autumn leaves
I called this one Equinox - and the cardboard inserts in my porridge pot reminded me of 'sun' and 'moon' so I coloured them and put them together like this
This was a wild, wet, windy day - and I also visited a bird sanctuary, where I got these stickers in the guide book.
This was a word map reflecting things that felt important to me after my week's reflection
