New 5% Challenge

After weighing in this morning and adding another 4 pounds to my tracker it's evident that I will need to start planning my meals as part of this challenge, too. Adding more exercise is not going to cut it to get to the goals I've set for myself. Winter is my hardest time due to where I live so need to keep meal portions and meal prep in mind. Going to focus on exercise for my practice week and then will start meal prep Saturday 10/3. Good luck everyone!
