Eating When Tired

I have been monitoring my night time eating habits and have discover a pattern that I was not aware of. Even though I eat a good dinner and am full, I find that less than 10 minutes later I am looking for something to eat again. I started tracking what I was eating, the time I was eating, where I was sitting and how I was feeling at the time this trigger hit. My bedtime is usually around 7:00 pm or 7:30 pm but I noticed that around 6:30 pm I start yawning and my eyes want to close This is when the craving really hits so instead of eating something, I am going to go to bed and read or watch TV to distract myself from grabbing a food that I really don't want or need. How about you? Do you find yourself reacting to being tired by eating more than you should?
