Day 1 - start with ATTITUDE

Today I am making a pack with myself to eat healthier. My focus will be once major change each day until I feel that I have conquered my demons that are keeping me from my goals.
The first thing that I have to do is change my attitude. My mind has to be ready for the change or it will never work (hence the 1,999,999,999....starts).
Recently, I have been having headaches. In the past, I rarely had headaches and never as sharp or as long as I've been experiencing them lately. I've tried research and from what I found, it shows that it's caused from stress. I don't feel that I am overly stressed but maybe I am??? Hopefully, adding more water and concentrating on ME will help to eliminate them.
