I absolutely love this image! It reminds me that no matter how bad you think things are, you can compromise (change your direction) and recover.
I am off to a great start with my journey. Today is day 3 and I have logged every day and been very mindful of my eating. I need to add more water and I'm trying hard to do that. My new Renpho scale that I bought shows body water percentage and I've been low every time I measure. My goals are to: increase body water and BMR; and reduce weight, BMI, body fat, visceral fat, subcutaneous fat and Metabolic age.
