Re-motivation

I gained QUITE a bit while on vacation (nearly 10 pounds from the start of my vacation) Yesterday, I kind of hit a "restart" because giving up is only going to make it worse so my goals for 10/7-10/13 are:
-at least 3 cardio days of at least 30 minutes
-at least 2 strength days
-at least 5 days of 10,000 steps or more
-at least 8 glasses of water a day
-stay within the healthy range of my points each and every day

So far I've got:
1/3 days cardio goal
1/3 days strength goal
1/5 days 10,000+ steps goals
2/7 8 cups of water
2/7 days in the healthy range for points

I am feeling good and have a few events planned for this month so I'm doing my best to plan accordingly and not fall off!
