Ever since my senior dog miss misha died weeks ago , I have
been getting better sleep. Even though I have been ultra sad
I have stuck to my healthy routines.
I have cut back on heavy workouts recently but I am still walking
daily. I have been eating less and more healthy .
So it is with great honor that I can say I have lost 5 pounds. It may
not seem like a lot to some but for me it was huge, I left my job last
year which was very physical and put on pounds before covid and
then of course added more.
This is my first loss in a long time and I hope it continues . I am sure
you all have things to celebrate big or small, Maybe your not losing now
but are keeping to a schedule you need to celebrate too, if your keeping
up with the healthy eating most of the time join in. If your getting your water
and or sleep in time to celebrate. Maybe you have less stress , meditate
now or go to church daily time to join in on the fun,
So let's all learn to celebrate more the big and the small . Celebrate
often just because, Hurray
