The secret life of change

Today I've been reflecting at times on the weight of decisions and how those decisions have effected my life.

It's like everyday is filled with decisions, micro decisions and I've made a bunch of those. Sometimes those decisions are good, and sometimes not. Sometimes well intended decisions have gone astray.

That aside, that was before. Today is a new day.

My goals:

Work on my attention span when it comes to developing healthy habits.

Reverting to some healthier behaviors I once had, that were not developed as an act of dieting. If I could do those things before, I should be able to do them again.

From there I can expand the development of healthy behaviors, but this gives me a starting point.

Make changes without talking about it at home. Sometimes change is easier when it happens secretly, at least that's a theory I have right now. Time will tell.

So that's my secret life, one of change.

    I didn't tell anyone about the changes I was making for the first couple of weeks. Eventually I felt like I could do it for real and let my family/friends know and they've all been really supportive! Do what you've got to do! You can do it 🙂
