Getting that cheerful Christmas feeling.

We had our Thanksgiving last month in Canada so thoughts are about Christmas now. I've been listening to Christmas Carols and today I put out a couple of cheerful Christmas things on my coffee table. A lantern that has a switch and snow twirls around Christmas trees, Santa and some children. Also put a tea light in the Cardinal candle holder. I'm getting excited about all of this, even though I will be spending the day alone. Here's a couple of photos I took today.
My two little granddaughters were outside playing in the snow with their parents on the weekend. They made a small snowman together. I love it that this young couple take their children outdoors all the time, many things to do there and this will help keep them away from TV, etc., as they get older.
I have been feeling great lately. My cough is gone except for the normal once in a while little cough. I no longer need to buy cough drops and that's a big thing for me, considering I was going through one or more packs a day! Been eating only between 9am-5pm and that has cut out the night time snacking, except when I was upset for a few days. I still seem to go to comfort food when feeling like that so I must stop doing that! Been walking my hallways again plus doing my leg exercises regularly. But today I've felt extra good and that could be because I know I'm going grocery shopping tomorrow with my niece! We are being extra careful and staying out of stores as much as possible, just going in those that are a necessity.
That's about it from me. I'm going to enjoy my evening. Sure hope you've all had a good start to a great week!
