A real Monday

Today is a cra%%y day outside.

We went to the gym and I worked out just fine.
Home was another thing...rainy windy weather was not conducive to going for a walk.
Er, it's a bit conducive for snacking and fortunately some of the junk is gone and I tossed other junk under the "Waste or Waist" principle.
No regrets and it's a good thing the trash can had coffee grounds in it and I put more on the top!

No pulling it back out!
