I tracked my foods today in the SP tracker.
The day has been perfect nutritionally and quite filling.
but... overnight is the biggest problem. I WAKE UP OFTEN. Eating/reading is my way of getting through the night. I can easily eat a day's calories overnight.
so I took my own advice and prepared food for overnight.
so IF I COULD STICK TO MY PLAN OVERNIGHT, I'D BE GOLDEN.
That is a huge IF.
