I learned lots from tracking my foods yesterday!
The day was within all nutrition goals. But overnight I did not sleep till 3:00 am.
Eating overnight put me way over the calorie budget. Triscuit crackers
was the worst culprit!
I had planned the foods for the late evening. But I did not plan on not sleeping till 3:30 am!
I was awake most of the night!
I even controlled most of the overnight foods . Cooked cauliflower with spray butter and parmesan cheese was not a bad choice. But the Triscuit reduced calories crackers still drove the calories way up.
And the crackers had salt, of course.
