Too many apps, but I'm getting myself better equipped and organized now! At 50+ years I am excited about my 30 day fitness challenge that I just started this morning! I'll record my food because I'm having hard cravings. Believe me, I have no junk in the house and yet I manage to indulge somehow! I need a new fitness and sleep tracker. I was thinking about the Halo because it does so much more than that, but the problem is there's no watchface. It's considerably cheaper than a smartwatch, but I really need time. I loved every single one of my MISFIT shine tracker watches, but they had a design flaw and the device would always come loose and get lost. I need suggestions for good smartwatch. So I'm feeling pretty good today, even though I'm super 😩 tired. I have a problem going to bed early enough. It took two adhan, a cat punching my face, three alarms, & 5,4,3,2,1 to get up for prayer and fitness this morning!! BUT I DID IT! Alhamdulillah.

    Great job starting the fitness challenge! I forced myself to get up and workout every day for a month and now I don't even think about it, it's just part of my daily routine-which I never would have guessed that I'd become that person, LOL.

    And my Apple watch wasn't cheap, but it's been an investment that has been really worth it!

    I don’t really know what works best because I got my Apple Watch as a gift. My adult kids have one so I think they advised my husband. I was liking the Fitbit watched for size and ease of using and would have upgraded to smaller one before gift.🧐
