ok. got a back brace yesterday, so that should help me from moving in ways that slow my progress. YAY!

have decided that the universe is telling me that i must learn to relax. getting rid of all my sweet, sweet caffeinated products. good-bye, lovely black teas. good-bye, wonderful ethiopian coffee. good-bye zip fizz. you will be missed. my phone is still playing gong/bell sounds every 13 minutes to remind me to take deep breaths. trying to do non-back-annoying yoga every day for 10 minutes. adding walk-in-place routine to my daily regimen, because sitting across from my kid all day while he does virtual school has turned my heart into a weak, flabby thing.

still taking muscle relaxer for back (they do make me tired, Doc. -you lied to me) and ibuprofen (but half what i was). and now, i have three new prescriptions for a cyst that has developed in my ear -drops, cream, antibiotic. ENT doctor recognized it right away, even though it's not pronounced (GP didn't see anything at all)

so, setting alarms on my phone to remind me to take/apply the right things at the right time, as there are 10 different things to track. seems like a lot, but most is temporary and it will be good to get back to baseline!

all the thanks going out to my husband, who picked up my scrips and also got me kombucha, so i can replace the good bacteria that the antibiotics are gonna slaughter.

    I also use alarms of my phone for pretty much everything! I hope you get better soon! Antibiotics can really suck.

    Good luck and hope something helps your back pain. Once the pain subsides enough look for back stretches. They really help me on mornings when I wake up with pain.
