Today we road from Dockweiler Beach to Will Roger's Beach, 26 mile round trip. We also walked 2 miles this morning. We are doing good with exercise, working in the backyard, washing cars, just keeping busy. But we are obviously eating the wrong foods. We both go down and up, constantly.

Muscle weighes more than fat. My doctor gave me a 5 pound range rather than exact weight since water intake plus other variations of sleep, stress etc can change our diet and weight 124 days ago
