Life is not fair!

I have been working for a week to lose the same pound! Plateau?

Yesterday I indulged whilst visiting with my family. When I weighed myself this morning I discovered that I had GAINED 2 pounds! emoticon emoticon emoticon

I have not gone off plan for 3 months and this is my reward. RATS! emoticon emoticon

OK. Back on plan. I can't have this. No more breaks.

    It is ok. It has been the Christmas season, and just gaining a couple of pounds is actually an accomplishment -when you read that most Americans gain anywhere from 7-10 lbs. between Thanksgiving and the New Year, so you are actually ahead of that game. Just pick up where you left off and move on to better health. It isn't always about the number on the scale.
