A Trip to the Verizon Store

For Christmas my DH bought me a beautiful activity tracker however my phone was outdated and his too had to be replaced, so Verizon Store made out very well. I still have some settings to bind the phone & tracker better. It tells you when to hydrate and add calories(yeah! With program.) Going to be doing steps mainly. Will see if I can connect it here.
Question; Why have we become chained to our phones? The phones do more but in a few weeks we will be getting the second half of our phone to attach to this one to expand the screen. This will make it heavier. Will let you know how that goes when the other half comes in.
