Just Keep it Healthy, track and weigh!

It's that cold time of year when once again, I suspect I am descended from bears, whales and sloths. I have an instinctive need to bulk up and rest. So I have decided I need to at least choose healthy foods. I also must keep myself accountable by tracking my Weightwatchers points and weighing myself at least several times week to keep myself honest.
Now I know some people here have found the scale doesn't work for you and I think it's awesome you know that. Works for me. This morning I think it even whispered in my ear..."Honey, your choices have caught up with you!" Gertie, my scale is a wise woman, who truth be told I used to resent. She and I both know exactly why I am up. I an hungrier and eating more carbs. The scale/Gertie reminded me I need to wake up and probably add more protein and healthy fats, because I don't think my stomach could handle more fiber.
I am exercising every day. I may try to increase a little, but pretty proud of how I have been working in walking, a little aerobics, a dab of weights and a little tennis. Exercise keeps me sane and happy so for me it is much like my cup of coffee.
Does you appetite increase in winter too? What are you tricks and tips? May we all be losers (of weight) in 2021! May we stay healthy, happy and silly!
