You know... I started 2020 at 500 classes completed and set a goal to achieve #750 by the end of the year. That meant, attend 250 classes over the 2020 calendar year. Doable!
Then the studio was closed for a total of 5-months in response to the pandemic, leaving me 7-months to achieve what I would’ve done over the 12-months of 2020. I knew it would be difficult, but not impossible, and I’m proud that I achieved goal on 12-29-20.
Do you ever read blogs about WHAT people accomplish and wonder HOW they did it? The HOW is often omitted from the story. I do it all the time. Jump to the I DiD it, and jump casually over the Here’s HOW, kinda like the cow jumping over the moon.

This week I start my new fitness schedule. I cut back to 6 Pilates classes a week, as I have added a walking goal this year, and I must allocate time to work at it, just as methodically as I do with Pilates. While I cut back on the volume of classes, I stepped up to advanced level 2. Monday was my first advanced class, it was hard as h@#$. For the month of January, I plan to attend advanced classes on M - W -Th.
Santa got me a FitBit, not sure I like it. haha! I downloaded the manual for the Charge 4, going to read it as I’m still trying to figure out the symbols. It’s on the wrist, feels weird, as I don’t wear a watch, but now I do, lol! I’m taking my first walk of the year tomorrow with my Fitbit.
Thank You Spark Friends! I am here to help you reach your goals too!
