Day 136 - January total 53.88 kilometers

Today the sun was shining. I left the house for my walk shortly after 11 a.m. As I was coming to the end of a street in the neighboring subdivision, I saw a woman preparing to go for her walk. When we got closer, we recognized each other. We attend the same church. I had no idea that her daughter lives on that street. We stopped for a brief chat but when she told me she was heading home, I offered to accompany her. There is nothing like walking with a friend to help the time pass quickly. I hope we will be able to do it again.
