I'm not making any resolutions this year. Haven't for years, actually. But now that 2020 is over I feel like I can try to put it behind me and refocus on getting healthy. I did so well when quarantine started - was keeping active, eating well, staying positive, losing weight... But then the longer it dragged on, the more I hunkered down and stuffed my face with comfort food. I've hardly moved from my desk chair in months, and clothes are getting tight. So it's time to turn it around and treat myself the way I deserve to be treated.
