Cooked some fish today by putting it in a pan with beans, chopped garlic, ginger & onions, then added sliced potatoes & tomatoes, turmeric powder oil & salt & water. Cooked till it done. The fish I used is a river one & was it superb. Leaving my son with enough for another lunch which is our main meal. Have any of you tried bitter melon? I know its usually eaten by those from our part of the world but would want to know if any cook it.
