At least I kept up with the dishes and the wash. I was not eating much for a few weeks. Just drinking teas, watery juices, diet ginger ale.
I just got a Misfits
Produce box. I had suspended that till now. Too much work handling all those raw vegetables.
I washed all those produce things this morning. I don't want the fruit flies from them. ANd I don't know who handled everything.
Lots of fruits, squashes, greens of various kinds, onions, sweet potatoes,
I just had a big salad
with greens, red cabbage, kiwi , craisins, bacon
, and a creamy dressing. Almost 500 calories but it is noon now. So it was breakfast and lunch.
I want to roast some things. tomorrow! I can even freeze some of these for future lunches.
All week for breakfast I have been having a green smoothie . Spinach, sweetner, Utrim oat drink, skim milk, oh and 1/2 banana!
Today I will have that smoothie in the evening.
DD works ar Wegmans (not near us). She makes up their prepared meals. She mentioned the Indian dishes: tikka masala, butter chicken, and chicken curry. I will buy some tikka masala sauce. It sounds pretty good. I can use my own chicken.
See, my appetite is baaack! For weeks I could not taste food. Even worse was a bad taste in my mouth and a sort of smoky odor. YUK!
