Keeping my logs

Day 2 of keeping my food and exercise journals up-to-date. That's always been the one thing that has helped me be mindful and as a result, successful.
I also bought a bunch of veggies in the store, so I can have salad for lunch and veggies for snacks, and not be tempted to just grab salty snacks from the cupboards.
Our walk today was a little long - came home beat! - but it feels good to move.
