Details on Shredding Progress

So I've been shredding lately and making really good progress. I had thought I gained a pound this week but when I did my weigh-in progress blog discovered that I'd actually lost a pound this week. My body stats aren't super great this week, but I'm not sure they're perfectly accurate because I did my weigh-in with clothes this morning. I've had a lot of energy lately and I'm fitting into clothes now that I haven't worn in years. I'm doing more challenging workouts now and my pain is down a lot. I'm way less bloated than I was and my swelling is going down a lot. My mood is way better, too. My hunger is also way less. I hadn't tracked for a few days but I started tracking again today. When I was binging I was up to 5,000 calories per day. I got my calories down to around 3,000 per day for quite a while. Then I stabilized at around 2500. Now my calories are down around 1500. So I'm making progress. I'd like to see 1200. I'm starting to get much more flexible, too, since my inflammation has started going down much more. I'm starting to think my body fat numbers and stuff aren't accurate because of the inflammation. We'll have to ride it all out and see what changes transpire with time. I seem to be making pretty swift progress now, though. It was kind of slow going at first but my recovery seems to be speeding up now. I had planned on six months for a full recovery but it may not even take that long. The first month felt like an eternity because there was still a lot of pain and it didn't feel like there was a whole lot of change. Now I'm seeing huge change on a daily basis.
