Daily picture of my backyard on the mountain to track the changing seasons this year.
The week's gone well. The last few days, we had weird snow squalls in the earlier morning, which then disappeared by noon time. Crazy. Here's a picture taken a few hours later after the above photo.
The temperatures have been colder this week, 30s or low 40s by day, and dipping down to the low 20s or teens by night. I've been eating pretty well on my program and pushing myself harder to stick to my exercise, especially my outdoor cardio. There are days when my body just does not want to cooperate. But I have gotten out the last few days for walks, 90 minutes each the last 2 days. This has been a considerable feat since it was freezing but I bundled myself up well from head to toe, and I found that once I got moving along, my body naturally heated up and I felt ok.
I am pretty tired tonight though and I can feel every muscle in my lower body right now - my feet are REALLY achy.
I think I will go to bed earlier and get some extra sleep.
Here are pictures from today's walk and a BEAUTIFUL sunset.... I loved it... just stood there staring at it for the longest time. Hope you enjoy the photos. (yes, the sky really did look PINK and BLUE at the end, and the initial photos, the sky really did look to have blue, pink, green and yellow.)
Hope you're all having a good week. In other news, my family member's court date has been moved again, now a few more weeks away. Thank you for prayers. Have a good relaxing evening.
