Day 90: Balance

I have a ton of energy this morning and I'm super well rested. I cut back on the caffeine yesterday and so I was able to sleep and actually got 8 hours of sleep last night. I'm tuning into my body these days and really finding balance in a meaningful way. I'm feeling so good these days and continuing to heal and progress. I am not only making physical progress, but I am making emotional and spiritual progress, as well.

Eating High Quality Foods: Food-wise I am really doing well. I am so drawn to healthy food these days. I just crave fruits and veg and lean meat and plain water. So once you give up sugar your taste buds and cravings really change.

Accurately Measure & Track Food: I've still been having bouts of bad pain and exhaustion and so yesterday I didn't track or measure. I'd like to be more consistent with this but that will come with time.

Drink at least 64 ounces of water: I'm drinking more water, but know I need to still be drinking more. I don't think I drink enough liquids in general. So this is something to work on.

Non-Scale Victory: My biggest nonscale victory lately is learning to control my temper more. I have a very bad temper and I'm kind of an intense person, so I'm trying to be less aggressive.

Fitness: I did a core workout yesterday which was good, and I've been doing well with fitness lately, doing tough workouts. Today is strength training. So I'll be doing a HASFIT workout today.

Sleep: Sleep is back to being really good. It's all a matter of balancing the amount of caffeine intake. So I have to listen to my body more.

Quit Progress: Kind of at the end of my cigar budget so I'm cutting back on smokes.

General Health: Health is good. Feeling good and no complaints.

Weight Loss Progress/Swelling/Bloat: I dropped 3 pounds this morning and my bloat and swelling are way down. So shredding is going really well. My body fat is really slipping off with this fat burner. I'm right on track with where I want to be. So my next goal is to build muscle.

Meditation: I want to get more into meditation this spring and really do some inner work to match the work I've been doing physically.
