The Road to 25...

While I lost any pounds that came creeping up, I still am technically overweight. My BMI is 26 or at least a number that rounds down to 26! I am tall and even my doctor who doesn't mince words said she though I weighed less based on how I carry it. I am fortunate that I have gone back to being a pear so my middle is where it needs to be, while my thighs are busy protecting my bones from arctic winds and famine apparently. Reading that just by being over a BMI of 25 makes me more at risk of Covid complications was the final straw. I am finally on the road to 25 or less.



It's a good thing I enjoy exercise. I do need to add more variety back. Mostly these days I walk with the occasional weightlifting or exercise video.



I eat pretty clean and I do enjoy healthy food, but I must diligently count ww points daily. That's how I lost the extra pounds that came visiting and it's how I will lose more. I sometimes deal with sweets cravings and lately have wicked cravings for warm, white, doughy rolls.





I also need to always pre-plan healthy meals and snack options. Lately, I have been doing a good job of that.


Onward I march, jump, hop, dance, wiggle and leap toward 25 or lower!
